An intensive day is as the name suggests; it is more intense. One could say it is like a one-day retreat, because the energy is high and builds up beforehand and throughout. It allows a process that goes deeper than in a normal Satsang.

An intensive can lead us to deep insights, or reveal unconscious patterns or emotions that may have previously limited us, so that we can become aware of them, transform them and integrate them. Beyond this, there is a deepening in stillness, which is your True Self.

An intensive has Two Satsangs per day and continuous connection to the energy field of the teacher throughout.
